A dense day, moving in a surprising landscape, with rural scenarios on our way and the magnificent setting of the ridges of the Apuan Alps and the Apennines. A series of visits, taking the opportunity for another unique experience: the visit of a natural cave in the Apuan Alps. The Grotta di Equi in Lunigiana offers one of the best experiences for this. Then several visits along the way, to enhance the discovery of the Garfagnana: moving from West to East and from North to South, to experience food, landscape, local products, villages and main attractions. Lunch in Castelnuovo Garfagnana at the Vecchio Mulino, dinner and overnight stay at the charming Ceragetta

Morning: 8.00 am: Breakfast 9.00 am Departure 9.30 am: Caves of Equi. Equi Geopark – 11.15 am: Transfer to Garfagnana. Visit of Castelnuovo Garfagnana •

h13.00: Lunch in Taverna Vecchio Mulino

Afternoon: • • 4pm: Verrucole Fortress • 5pm: visit to the Marovelli Dairy. Then relax at Ceragetta h 20.00: Dinner and overnight stay (locality Ceragetta)
