From Pontremoli to Aulla

Beautiful stage along the countryside of the lower valley: parish churches and stone villages characterize the first part. Second part very quiet, with nice stops along the way in the hamlets of Filetto and Virgoletta, across the Bagnone river. Then we live again one night in one of the “castles of the hundreds” of Lunigiana: Terrarossa, just outside Aulla Note: we can also decide to divide today’s stage into two days by taking a detour to Bagnone, and then resume the next day from the village of Fillet steak.
