Three towers from Lucca to Pisa

Three Towers are the main attractives of this cycle tourism itinerary which develops on asphalted roads and which sees the climb to MOnte Serra from the Compitese side as the “mountain grand prix” of this fascinating route.

the Guinigi tower in Lucca: the most important tower in Lucca, as well as one of the few remaining within the city.
the tower of Caprona: the Upezzinghi tower on the Pisan side of the mountain, mentioned by Dante in canto XXI of the Inferno (vv94-96)
the famous Leaning Tower of Piazza dei Miracoli in Pisa: bell tower of the cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, in the famous Piazza del Duomo of which it is the most famous monument due to the characteristic slope, symbol of Pisa and among the iconic symbols of Italy.
