Onto the Tuscan highest summit: Monte Prado from Casone Profecchia

From the summit, a 360° view puts together the northern italian lands (until the Alps in case of clear skies) to the mediterranean coast of Tuscany. Descending to the Bargetana lake and Rifugio Battisti is a great option for a support in terms of food and also in case of splitting the excursion into two days ( beds available at Rifugio Battisit and Rifugio Bargetana as well)
