San Bartolomeo loop

The itinerary develops inland, awqy from the coast and up the hill toward that granit massif called “San Bartolomeo”: it is named after the ruins of what used to be an old romanic church. The trails winds through former terraced-vineyard-groves and into typical mediterranean bush vegetation. Often you can admire several species of birds and raptors over you.

Please notice that IT IS NOT  mandatory to complete the VIA FERRATA on top of Monte San Bartolomeo. This short last section is recommendable only if equipped with right tools (harness, helmet, via ferrata kit)
